I have worked with Steve and New Vision on a few different jobs. The thing I like most about him is that he is an honest and sincere person who has always done a great job. With the way things are these days it’s just really nice to work with a true professional you can trust to get the job done when they say they will. He may not be the least expensive but you get what you pay for. Oh yea he also shows up when he says he will and leaves the work site clean too! it easy to recommend some one like Steve.

I would highly recommend Steve for your next project! He did an amazing job fixing the leaks from our windows. His knowledge about stucco was also great.
The best part about Steve was there was no BS and he kept you informed about each step of the project. He started work when we were not home and delayed further work until I was able to see what was going on. Not many contractors will wait as time is money. Steve does not seem to be chasing money, he is an honest hard working guy.
He even did two major things that were not part of our contract and did not charge me for it. You would be foolish not to reach out for an estimate.

I started out to replace my gutters but quickly realized that my house needed to be painted first. And I knew I didn’t want to paint over the ugly 70s fake stone on the front facade. I called around for estimates to replace the fake stone with stucco to match the rest of the house and got a good bid from Steve at New Visions for the stucco work and painting the entire exterior of the house. He easily accommodated a change I made first to restucco the entire front of the house and not just the area relieved of the fake stone and the next change to use a different type of stucco. When he started the work and realized that one of the changes I’d made wouldn’t result in as much work on his part as anticipated he knocked a little off the cost of his estimate which I appreciated. During the process he made recommendations to modernize the facade with different trim. He also pointed out the dry rot on my fascia boards and recommended changing the gutters I had already ordered from another company from 5” to 7” fascia gutters. This meant he could remove the rotten fascia boards and the new gutters would serve to cover up the rafter tails he cleaned up in preparation for the new gutters. Coupled with the new porch light and house numbers he installed for me my 70s house is looking much more modern and is easily the best looking house in the neighborhood. Steve’s lengthy background in construction and the pride he takes in his work resulted in an excellent outcome for me. I really appreciated working with him and hope to do so again.
